在进行测试前必须先完整阅读使用说明书，使用前将试剂板和尿样标本恢复至室温（20-30℃）。

1． 从原包装铝箔袋中取出试剂板，在1小时内应尽快地使用。

2．将试剂板置于干净平坦的台面上，用塑料吸管垂直滴加3滴无空气泡的尿样(约100ul)于加样孔（S）内。

3． 等待紫红色条带的出现，测试结果应在3 分钟内读取。10 分钟后判定无效。

使用本产品前，必须仔细阅读使用说明书，尿液样本恢复到室温（20℃?30℃）后才能进行检测。 如图所示：

阳性（+）：仅质控区（C）出现一条紫红色条带，在测试区（T）内无紫红色条带出现。阳性结果表明：尿液中苯（并）二氮卓浓度在阈值（300ng/ml） 以上。

阴性（-）：两条紫红色条带出现。一条位于测试区（T）内，另一条位于质控区内（C）。阴性结果表明：尿液中苯（并）二氮卓浓度在阈值（300ng/ml） 以下。

无效：质控区（C）未出现紫红色条带，表明不正确的操作过程或试剂板已变质损坏。在任何情况下，应重新测试。
