鸡蛋受感染事件

2010年8月17日加利福尼亚州卫生部门宣布,加州多个地区暴发沙门氏菌疫情,自6月迄今接到266例患病报告。初步调查显示,多数病人食用鸡蛋后染病。这些鸡蛋可能遭沙门氏菌污染。

明尼苏达州认定,至少7例病例与鸡蛋有关。

美联社报道,其他州沙门氏菌病例猛增。


疾病控制和预防中心与州卫生部门合作调查这场疫情。疾控中心官员说,尚未接到死亡报告。

鸡蛋召回数量起初为2.28亿枚,18日升至3.8亿枚,23日升至5.5亿枚。

如何避免“蛋中毒”?

面对如此大规模的鸡蛋召回,对于如何防止因食用“问题蛋”而染病,美国疾病防控中心提出如下建议:

1. 养成把鸡蛋放入冰箱、保持鸡蛋在7摄氏度冷藏的习惯,防止鸡蛋变质。

2.不要食用破损与破损后被污染的鸡蛋,避免食用生鸡蛋。

Egg infected

On August 17, 2010, the California State Department of Health announced an outbreak of Salmonella in multiple areas of California. Since June, 266 cases have been reported. Initial investigations showed that most patients were infected after eating eggs. These eggs may be contaminated with Salmonella.

How to avoid "egg poisoning"?
