    肌酐（creatinine）几乎都由肾小球滤过排出体外，是肌肉在人体内代谢的产物，血液中的肌酐来自肉类食物在体内代谢后的产物和体内肌肉组织代谢的产物，当严格控制外源性肌酐的摄入时，人体内的血肌酐浓度为稳定值。

    人体血清中肌酐的浓度和肾小球的功能有很大关系，换而言之，血清中肌酐的浓度和*功能关系甚大。当*出现受损时，肾小球的滤过能力下降，血清中的肌酐浓度就会升高，所以说血肌酐能比较直观准确的反映肾实质受损的情况，在医院或体检中心中检测血肌酐的浓度是关于*的必要项目。
