sifin gmbh 成立于 1991 年，基地位于柏林，前身可追溯到 19 世纪早期。在俾斯麦时期，
为“berline impfanstalt”即柏林疫苗研究所，在 1966 年，被纳入流行病控制研究所也叫免
疫制剂与培养基国家研究所。在 1992 年在私人投资者的帮助下，诊断部创立并成功发展。

从 80 年代中期免疫制剂的生产就开始采用杂交瘤细胞培养技术作为核心技术。
单克隆抗体被引入传统的血型分型产品和沙门氏菌属，志贺氏菌属，大肠杆菌包括肠出血性
大肠杆菌诊断用的检测试剂中。
特别是，沙门氏菌的诊断，我们已经将大部分凝集试剂从多克隆抗体转换为单克隆抗体，这
是常规检验和流行病学的里程碑。
